Hospital Morbidity Data Collection was linked to Monitoring of Drugs of Dependence dataset to identify individuals who were admitted into hospital for the first time at age 0–25, and then to match with individuals who had prescription stimulant for ADHD. The final number of the study population was stimulant 14,122 and non-stimulant 665,523
