  1. SES = Socioeconomic status; high = university, middle = high school or professional/vocational training, low = primary school. For participants over the age of 18, SES was operationalized as participants highest educational attainment. For participants under the age of 18, SES was operationalized as the average of their parent’s highest educational attainment. Parental education has been shown to be a robust indicator of SES [62]
