Twins with concordant ASD had the highest median number of MPAs (Md = 9) followed by discordant ASD co-twins. Those with TD had the lowest number of MPAs (Md = 3). These trends are similar for the MZ only twins with the concordant ASD twins having the highest number of MPAs (Md = 9), followed by a Md = 7 MPAs for discordant ASD affected twins and co-twins.
